Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; this is a temporary position to end on or before June 30, 2018 with a possibility of renewal on an annual basis if program needs exist.
California State University, Fullerton is searching for a Titan Degree Audit Analyst who possesses excellent customer service and communications skills for Admissions and Records- Records/ Grad Unit. The Titan Degree Audit Analyst should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic and detail-oriented mind that is characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to diversity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness.
Under the general direction of the Titan Degree Audit (TDA) Support Services Manager, is responsible for providing support, and assistance in the maintenance of the Degree Audit system. Assists with encoding newly approved program or course changes, or new degree requirements into the TDA using the u.Achieve software. Assists in the maintenance of u.Achieve Transfer Articulation tables. Helps to maintain u.Achieve support tables. Processes individual degree audit adjustments. Assists with training faculty, advisors, and staff in using the TDA, and related tools. Provides assistance to faculty, advisors, and staff on questions or issues relating to the TDA. Responds to student inquiries relating to TDA. Participates in enhancement/automation projects relating to TDA processes, including the academic planning software u.Direct. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving the study, analysis, evaluation, development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs. Working knowledge of general practices, program or administrative specialty. Basic knowledge of and ability to apply fundamental concepts. Ability to learn, interpret and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures relating to and impacting the applicable program, organizational unit or administrative specialty. Knowledge of basic methods and procedures used for research and statistical analysis including the collection, evaluation and interpretation of data in order to develop conclusions and make appropriate recommendations. Proficiency in policy and program research, development and evaluation. Ability to take initiative and independently plan, organize, coordinate and perform work in various situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved. Ability to organize and plan work and projects including handling multiple priorities. Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment. Ability to compile, write and present reports related to program or administrative specialty. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
