The Payment Processing Audit Specialist is primarily responsible for conducting audits of the University's Procurement Card (P-Card), WePay/Vincent Card (research participant payments) and Travel Card programs along with the Concur Travel and Reconciliation system to determine compliance with University policies and to identify potential fraud. The Specialist will also conduct contract audits for University-wide contracted suppliers for compliance with contract pricing and other terms and conditions. Audit findings and suggestions for improving compliance will be communicated to card holders' managers or to contract managers. Follow-up reviews will be conducted to ensure that recommendations have been implemented. Excellent analytic skills, communications skills, and Excel software skills are required and prior auditing experience is a plus.
Auditing experience preferred. MS Excel data management experience (sorting, pivot tables, etc. preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
