Director of Operations – Administrative Services Office
The Director is responsible for the Supervision and operational management of the University Student Locker, Student Card System, Parking and Enforcement, Business Continuity Planning, Transportation and Fleet Management operations. This position oversees the strategic direction and vision of these operations. The Director works closely with various departments and organizations in the coordination and delivery of services during daytime and evening operations. This position is also responsible for the marketing of programs and services provided within the Fiscal Affairs Division. This includes the development of communication to our internal customers, as well as external, through electronic media, webpage updates and revisions to policies and procedures. The Director collaborates with University Marketing and Admissions in the development of innovative ideas to aid in the delivery of services. This position is responsible for developing, establishing and implementing a Fiscal and Administrative Services brand. The Director participates in the development of budget in areas of responsibility and works closely with the Associate Vice Chancellor in finding additional revenue opportunities through increased usage of facilities and use of services. Lastly, this position follows the University’s best practices to build and/or support student academic success and retention, and assist in meeting strategic objectives for persistence and timely graduation of all the student population.
