The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:  Provides strong and proven leadership in defining and managing the mission and vision of the Division of Human Resources; Develop strategies for achieving the mission and vision of the Division of Human Resources; Develop human resources goals consistent with and in conjunction with IRSC mission and plan; Serves as the institutional leader in all HR matters, serving as a liaison in providing direction and support to IRSC administrators and employees in HR-related matters; Manages all employees in HR toward the development of a HR-business partner model to engage, serve and advise the campus community on all HR matters; Promote and support
