The Planning and Budget Analyst position is responsible for understanding and analyzing projects within the capital financial planning process (i.e. land acquisition, development, buildings, equipment, etc.) and assisting in the creation of multi-year and annual capital budgets. Key duties include collaborating with the offices of Infrastructure Planning and Facilities and Institutional Space Planning and Management, as well as other units as applicable. They will recommend and implement improvements and innovations in the university budget process, reporting, and analysis. Prepare budgeting and cost accounting models to assist leadership in timely decision-making. Monitor and develop a tracking system for General University commitments and available resources.
