The Assistant Dean for Administration and Resource Management (ADARM) serves as the chief financial and human resources officer for the college and is a member of the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) leadership team. The ADARM oversees financial, capital, and human resources planning for the CHHS. The ADARM utilizes data analytics and works with college administrators to develop short and long-range financial and staffing models that operationalize the CHHS’ strategic plan.
The Assistant Dean also collaborates with college administrators in short-term and long-term space and facility planning. This position supervises and manages the Business Core Service Team (BCST), which provides comprehensive support in the areas of finance, human resources, operations and events, and systems to all areas of the college. This position reports directly to the Dean of the CHHS.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Finance, Data Management, or a related field with at least five to seven years of managerial experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in financial administration and planning.
