Job Summary:   Oversees the day to day operations & assure compliance of vendors and/or service providers with contracts with FIU Business Services as well as the OncCard office. This may include but is not limited to the administration of policies, space and facilities planning & budget, physical plant construction and renovations within the entire university comprising of several campuses. Develops, communicates, and enforces policies and procedures to complete required financial processes and prepare records necessary to safeguard assets. Serves as the lead in each of the vendor relationships, negotiations, etc. Serves as the contract and liaison for all internal and external vendors contracted through the Office of Business Services with the exceptions
