Job Description Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience working with a degree audit system.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably working in higher education.
• Two years of experience working directly with a Student Information System or any large Enterprise Resource System.
• A willingness to learn new areas of responsibility and the ability to analyze new and changing technology, policies, and procedures is required.
• Evidence of ability to exercise good judgment, make decisions, and function with high levels of autonomy.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a college/university environment in Registrar or Academic Advising related office (e.g., graduation validation, registration, degree audit, advising, or admissions).
• Experience using the Ellucian Banner Student Information System and/or Degree Works.
• Experience with writing functional reports and programming languages such as SQL.
