Job Description: Tennessee State University Department of Internal Audit invites applications for the position of Internal Auditor.The Internal Auditor is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the University's operations and assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls at the university. Internal audits are performed in accordance with the Professional Practices Framework established by the Institute of Internal Auditors.Job responsibilities: Tests compliance with federal, state, and university policies, procedures and regulations; recommends improvement of controls, operating procedures, and systems of the University. Develops audit programs and internal control ques
