What You’ll Do
As a senior advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of EPCOR’s internal audit initiatives by:
Leading and coordinating IT, operational, and financial audit engagements
Designing audit protocols for complex systems, including cybersecurity and AI
Identifying risks and recommending improvements across digital infrastructure
Collaborating with internal and external experts to deliver high-impact audits
Writing detailed reports with actionable recommendations
Mentoring team members and fostering knowledge-sharing
Supporting follow-up on audit recommendations and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of IT audit, engineering or plant operations experience, plus 3+ years in financial, operational and general audit
Professional designations like CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP, or P.Eng. (preferred)
Experience in utilities, cybersecurity, AI, or regulatory compliance
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Knowledge of internal audit standards and risk/control principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint
