This incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing and directing a diverse staff of Dining Services personnel in the residential dining operations. Work involves considerable judgement and initiative planning work programs. Directs the management staff for the residential dining operations, coordinates unit manager-specific training, and intra-departmental activities associated with operational processes. Responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided in all units including creation and implementation of customer service initiatives in collaborations with the Associate Director of Development & Campus Engagement.
